when you're afraid to share your artwork because you feel like you're showing off

“I’m going to tell you something and I’m really serious about this because I really mean it. You think that you’re showing off when you post your drawings. You’re not showing off. You’re sharing. When I look at your drawings, I feel inspired, I get new ideas. I love looking at your drawings because they are unusual and thought-provoking and inspire me to be more creative with my own art. I love them and I want to see them all the time. It makes me sad when I don’t get to see your drawings because you’re holding them back. It’s frustrating. It would make me so happy to log in to Instagram every morning and see new drawings from you. That would add real value to my life. We are all creating and when we share, we inspire each other to create more and the inspiration keeps going around and around. You are NOT showing off. I want you to share. What you create has an impact on me.”
