~ 2 weeks of journaling in 3rd person every morning. pouring out my thoughts and emotions as usual but with this fresh twist of saying “she” instead of “I”. 

It’s refreshing for my parts who are sick of saying “a

I’m quick to say I know I am but a part of me hesitates. Is there one p
I wrote my parts into a novel. ✏️📓

Each part is a character in the story, and over the past 3yrs working on this project, these fictional characters (based on my real life subpersonalities) have evolved and actually influence my parts. 

When I sta
walked into the woods today to breathe the freshest air, and let my mind wander through all the words I wrote this morning. 

I sat in the coffee house for 4 hours, analyzing the scenes in my novel — searching for clues. Where is the structure
morning :) — here we go again!

1. Journal in 3rd person about this woman I am

2. Write end of month “studio report” for my fans who follow me for songs and love stories 

3. Grab my red pen and tiptoe into my fantasy novel

writing the book = Resisting the urge to write a blog post or newsletter (which provide immediate gratification—instant publishing, small wins, direct connection).
