This is what I get up to in hotel rooms when I'm alone at night. I sing sounds of all kinds in a tired voice with my mind wandering in my imagination. I call it heartsong. It's more beautiful perhaps in the bathroom with a reverb. I just recorded this raw AF version for you to keep it real. I'm literally in the jungle just playing with tones and melodies, allowing sounds to flow of my body, doing my best to not judge them. Sometimes they're sweet and sometimes dull or sour. It doesn't matter so much how it sounds. The practice is to just tap in and listen to whatever wants to come through. Sometimes this feels easy and sometimes its awkward. "Whatever" is the mantra to keep it light. Enjoy watching and maybe try for yourself later once the sun goes down...or anytime really when you feel safe to dip into a sacred space alone.
