Twelve 75-minute SESSIONS
On these calls we work with what's alive in your body. We cultivate a sense of safety and enter your inner world through tantric Buddhist meditation and breath work. We slow down to meet your parts as they communicate through physical sensations. I'll guide you through conversations with your parts to discover their personalities, needs, protective strategies, and fears. You get to know these sub-personalities and build trust with them. We’ll gather your parts into sacred inner circles and ceremonies that forge unity between them. We're creating harmony and growing a family culture within you that feels nourishing. As we travel deeper into your psyche, I'll guide you through rituals that help your parts release their burdens and welcome freedom, pleasure and aliveness. These calls are our sanctuary. A place where you can borrow my Self-energy as you develop greater access to your own wholeness.

Your healing doesn't clock out when our Zoom call ends, babe. For 90 days, you've got somewhere to bring the messy. Meltdowns at 2am. Anxious spirals. Breakthroughs. The text you want to send but probably shouldn't. Bring it all to me. You don't have to be the calm, healed, emotionally intelligent woman who has her shit together in here. This is where the juicy boots on the ground work happens. I help you untangle and step into Self-leadership in the heat of the moment. This is your space to be a total fucking mess and be fully witnessed and guided through it to clarity. Send messages whenever you need to. Includes up to 30 minutes of my personal attention per day, Sunday–Thursday. Responses within 48 hours on support days.
